Dual-voltage IO supplies are fixed by hardware, not programmable though software.

Thanks for the response , actually I am interfacing a high speed ADC 3642 , and SITARA skam64x , the digital output bits I am taking from the ADC has the output voltage level of 1.8 volts as per the datasheet , and in the processor to read the samples I am using the pru gpios pins which are having the voltage level as 3.3 volts as per the datasheet , the interface is working correct only , I am able to verify it by observing the plot in the ccs , just wanted to check , how it is working properly and if there's a way to change the voltage domain of the dual voltage io pins , from the processor's datasheet the gpios are getting power through the VDDSHVx rail , which is having 3.3 volts operating voltage.

The board which is currently in use is skam64 version A

The one I'm using is SK-AM64 version A (what you have shared has a slight modification in terms of PMIC's I guess from version A)
