Hi TI,
I want to self check the trap, enter the trap by accessing an illegal address, and then exit the trap.
However, the manual states that to exit the trap, you need to return to the address where the instruction that generated the interrupt was generated. This will repeatedly trap and fail to achieve the purpose of self checking during the ignition cycle.
If I want to exit to the address of the next instruction to be executed during trap self check, is this feasible?
If feasible, what instruction should I use to exit the trap?
Thank you!
Yanni
