AM62A7: Reboot is not working

Dear Team,

Reboot is not working in our board, only hard ware reset is working. Please let us know anything need to take care from Hardware side for software reboot.

    Hi Manu,

    "not working" doesn't have sufficient information for me to comment. Please provide more details. SDK version, boot mode, console log, etc.

    Hi Manu,

    The link is blocked by our firewall, I cannot see the log. Can you please attach the log file in this thread (please don't copy & paste it)?

    Are you able to boot U-Boot and Linux from eMMC, but Linux reboot command doesn't reboot the board?

    Do you have any other way, other than from eMMC, to boot the board, then check if reboot command works?

    Hi

    The eMMC RST_n is enabled by programming eMMC ECSD register in Uboot, still issue is persist like before.
    Kindly find the attached log FYR.

    Sorry for my late response.

    Does this issue still open? If so, does your board have a different way to boot from instead of eMMC? I am trying to understand if eMMC got stuck during reboot/reset.
