6711/6713 limit to fft size?

Is there limit to the size of ffts using the dsplib? Or any other issues I would have to be concerned with (I saw there was a issue with stack overflowing on a previous question for a 4k fft)? I would like to do a 2^20 point (1048576) one.

I think most of the FFT functions were written using the short data type which is 16-bits thus limiting you to 64K points. Aside from this stack is the only other limiting factor I can think of that would prevent larger buffer sizes.
