TMS320VC5416 IDLE3 mode current at 100 degrees C

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320VC5416

I am looking for information for a DSP (TMS320VC5416).

My question is regarding the standby current draw numbers from the components datasheet….I am collecting information for a power consumption analysis, and I was curious why IDLE 3 at 100C is 30mA when IDLE2 is just 2mA, reading more into the IDDLE modes I understand IDLE3 mode should draw less current than IDLE 1 or IDLE 2 mode, but this table shows otherwise….so I am curious why that is?

See table on attachment.
