How to start AM3517 from NandFlash?

I have bought a ZOOM AM3517 Kit. the official support boot and run from SD card, now , I hope the system starts from NandFlash(Micron). first, How to update the system bootstrap and uboot? Can i update them from usb? which usb? I think it is available. How to do it?

I have a test by the http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Category:AM35xHW, but I only update nand flash with com, can't update through usb. the ZOOM AM3517 doesn't support update from usb?

Apart from serial, you can use MMC/SD and Ethernet for loading images to memory and flashing it to NAND. Refer to the some of useful information on - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP_04.02.00.07_UserGuide

As far as USB is concerned, I am quite not sure whether it has been tested with any of the PSP releases.

I just want to confirme whether or not ZOOM AM3517 kit is update from usb. In fact, I have updated the kit with serial and ethernet . I will update the system with MMC/SD card later. Thanks again.

Vaibhav,

I found this posting while searching for solutions to loading images via USB on the AM3517 EVM. It is not working as advertised (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Flash_v1.6_User_Guide) in the Flash application manual.

Could you please confirm if the AM3517 works with regard to USB booting / downloading of images with Flash V1.6
