Hi ALL,

Can i under clock DDR2 400MHz RAM to 266MHz through system registers?

Mohamed,

Yes, as long as the memory supports 266MHz. DDR PLL will have to be configured for 266 MHz (as opposed to 400MHz) and DDR timing parameters have to be recalculated for optimum performance.
