DspLink - _hal_cache.h include path

Please add details on  the problem you are facing with the include file.

Had problems with my browser interfering with posting messages to site and this is a duplicate of a post which has the details. The answer was not to concentrate on getting the correct path for  _hal_cache.h (even though this was the first error).

The addition of some additional patfiorm support paths corrected that issue - on to the next issue.
