DM3730 and Micron PoP Memory

Hi List,

I am designing a board with DM3730CBP100 (0.4mm pitch, 168 ball PoP).

I would like to know if Micron part MT46H256M32L4JV-5 IT:A works well with the DM3730. Any one have use it before?

Does the system recognize the 1GB space, with 512MB for each CS? Any note on initialization or usage?

Any help or advice will be appreciated.
