Hi,

Does the AM2632 support DDR3 or DDR4 , it isn't mentioned in the datasheet.

(Just to be sure I got it right)

Hi Eli,

There is NO support for DDR in the AM263x MCU's. They neither support the XIP also, you need to use th inbuild 2MB SRAM for all the applications.
