Are you checking if we have tested or the feasibility to use.

Please refer the below section of the datasheet for information on the CSI interface and should connect to any device supporting the below CSI capabalities.

Table 6-7. CSIRX0 Signal Descriptions

One Camera Serial interface (CSI-Rx) - 4 Lane
with DPHY
– MIPI CSI 1.3 Compliant + MIPI-DPHY 1.2
– Support for 1,2,3 or 4 data lane mode up to
1.5Gbps

Please refer data sheet and TRM for the supported CSI interface. 

On a theoretical basis, AM625 should be able to support any sensor that supports the CSI-2 interface.

Ex for imx335: 

We have tested the  OV5640 but do not have any information on having tested the above sensors.

You can check the drivers for those sensors in linux upstream to see what link freq it uses and what data rate (link freq * 2) AM62x CSI-2 interface is advertised to support
