I get AM3517 datasheet from TI,in the pdf  it says the min diameter of each ball is 0.5mm,I download AM3517 footprint from ti.com,but I found its diameter is 0.45mm,is 0.45mm OK for AM3517?FOR easier layout,which is better 0.5mm or 0.45mm,or something else?
