SK-TDA4VM：Don't use CPLD

Main purpose is setting boot mode. I also see some logic that sets some PORZ and reset lines. My suggestion to customers is to reference the design files SPRR438B.zip. Inside is a file called top_cpld.v that is the logic flashed onto the CPLD, which they can take a look to see exactly what the CPLD is doing. Not necessary, as long as there is some circuitry or logic that sets the necessary boot pins. The J721EXSOMXEVM+J721EXCPXEVM is a good reference design for not using a CPLD.

Yes, J721EXSOMXEVM uses the same processor as SK-TDA4VM, so both EVM and SK boards are valid reference designs for the processor TDA4VM (J721E).
