AIS utility for C6745/C6747 / memory test

Folks,

I am trying to find description for SDCFG, SDTIM1, SDTIM2 and SDCFG registers in the AIS. I cannot find any description for these registers. I have found references to these but no document describing what are the values I should use.

Is there a memory test example/sample available ?

Arun,

Some of the register names were tweaked between SPRUFL7 to SPRUFL7A:

SPRUFL7 → SPRUFL7A
SDCR → SDCFG
SDRCR → SDRFC
SDTIMR1 → SDTIM1
SDTIMR2 → SDTIM2
SDCR2 → SDCFG2
PBBPR → BPRIO

I believe the newest version of the AISgen tool (v0.9.0.0) should have made these changes already.

Is there a memory test I can run to verify I have programmed everything correctly ?

Spectrum Digital has some tests (including SDRAM) for their EVM, but aside of this I cannot think of any. You can download Spectrum's code here.
