What is the log you see on the working board?

This is the expected log on wkup_uart.

Can you please try and connect to main_uart0 and see if you get the logs on that?

the working board continue and getting to login screen and the linux .
this is the only uart that sending anything all others on this board show nothing

Try the below dip switch settings on the non working EVM:

SW8: 00000000
SW9: 01110000

This is to boot the SOC in UART boot mode.

Connect to the 2nd port of the MCU_UART(This only has 2 instances of UART. 1st instance is WKUP_UART where you get the above 0x4400863
             0x71000B
                     0xB10004
                             0x710002
                                     0xB10004
                                             0x4003007

prints. The second instance is MCU_UART where the ROM prints some hex characters).

Check if you get prints from there on the non-working board.

tried same result from all the 4 uart i getting only              0x71000B
                     0xB10004
                             0x710002
                                     0xB10004
                                             0x4003007

and the others are blank ,
tried new sd tried swapping sds

I recommended removing and re-installing the SOM board on the non-working EVM.  Make sure the jack screws are all the way down/tight prior to installing the SOM.  All boards are tested prior to shipping, so very possible the issue is SOM installation.

Can you clarify what product you are using?  Keerthy has suggested some dip switch settings which are used on the EVM.  However, you are stating the SOM is soldered - so I'm not clear on which product you have.  What is the "TDA4VMXEVM-BUNDLE"?

The SK-TDA4VM boards are tested prior to shipping, so the board should be OK.  Can you flip each dip switch of the boot settings to the 'other state', and then switch back to the desired mode? Sometimes dip switches don't toggle as expected.  

tried same result , maybe the board is dead?
mean while we purchased third board which working great so out of 3 we have 2 fully working and 1 with the issue

As stated, the boards are tested prior to shipment - thus it is rare for boards to have issue.  It does appear this is one of those cases where the board is not functional.  You can submit a customer return request at the link below and use this E2E thread as verification that TI has confirmed the board has issue and needs to be replaced.
