Linux support M35xu512 believe you need porting from MCU software. At TI default user case, OSPI Nor flash control by MCU domain and all read/write control by MCU. If you use OSPI at kernel side, you can check below guide.  Documentation/devicetree/bindings/ contain the help file.

This document does not seem to indicate that M35xu512 is not supported on the linux side, on the contrary, we can read and write M35xu512 flash on the linux side in baseline.

And you can also see that there are definitions in the device tree

In Linux the drivers will be common. So there will be multiple parts supported by the same driver. You will have to navigate through multiple layers of the framework.
