You mean, want to use MDIO via MCU1_0?  If so, we have "enet_lwip_example" application which runs on MCU1_0 with CPSW2G on MCU1_0 in PDK.

Please refer to PDK User Guide for more details. Build the application for MCU1_0/MCU2_1 to use MCU domain CPSW2G.
