    Hello Biao,

    The AM62A MCAL SDK will only support OSPI NAND flash driver in the upcoming release. OSPI NOR flash driver support is tentatively being planned in the AM62A MCAL roadmap for the end of this year. Please check back around October for confirmation of this plan.

    In general, AM62A SOC boot ROM supports "MT35XU512" flash in SPI boot (1S-1S-1S) and OSPI boot (1S-1S-8S) modes.
