Probably both the yellowish lighting (e.g., close to U30/A) and the blueish lighting (white) in the scene are in your calibration references.
AWB may adjust to the dominant one (roughly the one covers larger of the view).
In that case, I don't think the yellowish lighting can be ignored.

If I modify R_adjust and B_adjust especially lower B_adjust to keep the scene yellow at low color temperature so that the white light is not blue, will there be any side effects from this modification?

We used those fields for passing gamma value for AWB calibration.
At least, you will have to pass the gamma value differently or do the adjustment out of AWB lib with your own code.

1.According to the TRM document，

If apply_rgb_adjust == 100, then “R_gain/100” is the Gamma value in RAWFE，If R_gain/100 is equal to 0.7，The Rgain value calculated according to Rgain=Rgain*R_adjust/100 should be abnormal,so should it be R_adjust/100  is the Gamma value in RAWFE?

Do you mean that when apply_rgb_adjust == 100, the gamma value of RAWFE will be applied to the Rgain and Bgain calculated by awb algo?
