C6748 BIOS Benchmarks

I may be overlooking, but I can't seem to find BIOS benchmarks specifically for C6748 in my BIOS 5.41 install. Are these available?

The BIOS 5.41 benchmarks is at C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\bios_5_41_07_24\packages\ti\bios\benchmarks\pdf

In that folder there are benchmarks for the C67x CPU core. Since the C6748 CPU core is a later version of the original C67x core, do the C67x benchmarks apply to the C6748 as well?
