Hi,

Can we use AM335x PRU ethernet module for purpose of verifying preamble and SFD of ethernet Rx frame on PRU ethernet interface? Also, can we change number of preamble bytes send in Tx frame from AM335x PRU MAC?

Referring to technical document spruh73q, i belive we can be able to achieve above requirement. Request to confirm.

Can you suggest which TI SDK and PRU driver to be used and if any documentation for it? Thanks!

that ti Linux SDK have ti-prueth driver which communicates wtih PRU core via Remoteproc.

Query is that can we get premable count information in ti-prueth kernel driver?

Hi Ajay,

I think you are working with RTOS pdk, and TI no longer provides support for TI-RTOS based or baremetal SW development for Sitara MPU devices (AM335x, AM437x, AMIC110, AMIC120, OMAP-L13x, C674x, K2G). That means we can no longer answer questions about TI-RTOS based or baremetal SW development on the forums.
