AM6421: linux device tree file for am6421 using TCM on R5

This is a related question to [1]: Is it possible to get device tree files for the AM6421 where the R5 cores in the two clusters use the max TCM available.

Also, device tree files for other reduced core processors would be useful.

Hello Bruno,

The TCM memory is not specified in the Linux devicetree files, so no need to make changes from that standpoint.

Please note the "ti,cluster-mode" optional properties in the R5F linux bindings information. You will want to set that property to Single-CPU mode for AM64 GPNs with one core per subsystem.
