AM69A: 8-bit or 10-bit encode with H.264 and H.265

Processors team,

I've had this question come up in a number of different ways with other processors.  To be sure, is there any H.264 or H.265 encode format with AM69A that supports 10-bit video?

Customers ask about 4:2:0, 4:2:2, 4:4:4, or the frame size/rate: 1080p60, 4Kp60.

Can we have a table that outlines exactly what is possible? 

This might make a good FAQ, if it isn't already.
