Can you help me confirm if the board was power previously and worked.

Are the 2-board similar?

Can you share the board name and the serial number.

Do you see any LEDs coming on when you power the board that you mentioned does not work.

Are the 2-board similar? - They are exactly the same.

Can you share the board name and the serial number. - TMDS64EVM (AM64x evaluation module for Sitara processors) S/N: 49221010415

Do you see any LEDs coming on when you power the board that you mentioned does not work. - The 12V indicator LED's turn on, but when the power switch is turned on, the 5V rails LED's don't turn on.

Thank you for the inputs. Let me check internally how we could address the issue.

If i understand correctly, the board never worked. Did any of the LED's flash when you switched on the board.

Did you reach out to mouser, and did they have any suggestion?

We have let know to the Sergio to contact you to check if there is something that Customer can do to start the board. Based on the information Customer have 2 boards and one is not working. We can assume that part is defective due Customer know how to start to work with that part,

Do you agree with that? Should we return the board as a defective?

Have you used the recommended power supply and followed the power ON procedure mentioned in the EVM user guide?

If you followed the above and still board did not work for the first time, I have to check the functional test status of this EVM before shipping.

The was tested for functionality before shipping and it was working fine. So, something might have happened during shipping and handling.

I would recommend to reach out Mouser if they can replace the board, otherwise please follow the RMA process in below link.
