Hi:

I design a am3517 board with TPS65023.My board  used SD ,UART USB OTG,USB Host,LCD  and touchscreen.My board system is WinCE 6.0,when I test the baord, it will boot fail 1%（ I test with 3000）,Can everyone give me some  suggestion to repair this issue,Thank you!

    Sounds like a serious issue but you don't provide enough info to even get started...

    Did you test 3000 boards where 1% fails? Or did you test the same board 1000 times? Do you have any logs?

    Have you already solved this issue?

    My customer also has similar issue.

    Customer system use AM3517 with WEC7. And its system failes few times/1000 times OS boot test on same system.

    According to the value of CPSR register (value 0x60000197), the abort mode seems to happen in ARM core. But I don't know

    what I shoud check.

    Please advise me.

    Dear Michi-san,

    Can you share more logs of the failure? The abort mode can occur because of bad memory access either during prefetch or data fetch. If you can share more information about other registers, the exact place for failure can be traced out.
