    This document summarizes typical TI recommendations:

    This is a general application note for use of the FCBGA.  Our products are designed to be compatible with a JEDEC reflow profile and this diagram is based on the standard JEDEC profile.  The information in this document is typical. 

    However, for the specific product that you are using, please keep the following things in mind:

    1. The specific handling conditions are provided in the product datasheet and on the reel label.  The device is rated as Moisture Sensitivity Level 3 with a peak reflow temperature of 260C.
    2. Specific reflow profileconditions need to be optimized by the customer for their specific board and manufacturing conditions.  The app note is just a general guide.
