SK-AM64: using DP83867 with Ethercat

Hello Team

my customer tried to implement industrial communication on the AM64 Starterkit. He was able to run Ethernet and EtherCat on the AM243-LP and on the AM64x EVM which are both equipped with the DP83869. He tried to port the example to the SK-AM64 which is equipped with the DP83867. Unfortunately he was not able to run the EtherCat communication with that PHY.

What modifications are needed to make the AM64x EVM Industrial communication example running on the SK-AM64 ?

Thanks for your query.

But, TI do not support Industrial Protocols Evaluation on AM64x-SK board. Please use https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDS64EVM or https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDS243EVM board.

Hello Ashwani,

yes I expected sth. like this - since I found out that EtherCat is specified with MII interface. So the customer needs to use DP83869 or DP83826.
