Hi Team,
A customer is doing debugging on a custom-designed board based on the development kit.
When the debug stopped, the board is still powered and the have to direly unplug the JTAG. When they perform the simulation, they found that they cant perform debug. and checking the hardware, they found that the IO pins in the JTAG is burned.
Questions:
1 What is the caused the burn of the JTAG pins
2. what is the maximum voltage the i/o can accommodate'
