Please tell us Any Processor which has Power-Aware IBIS Model

Our IBIS models are defined in Version 5.1 but does not include the power characteristics. 

DDR4/LPDDR4 should be supported in the released IBIS model.

Which specific device is this question regarding? I wanted to give some more details here.

The IBIS models provided by Sitara MPU, Jacinto have the power information in the IBIS models released.

On Sitara MCU side, AM243x device supports DDR and the IBIS model(https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprm730) for this device also has the power information, except for [Pin Mapping]. 

AM263x, AM273x devices do not have this information in the IBIS models and also do not have DDR support.

Thank you so much for your response. Any device is OK, but actually AM5706 and DRA829V are better.. Do you know if there are IBIS models which can define the folloiwng items for AM5706 or DRA829V ?

        -  [Pin Mapping]
        -  [Composite Current]
        -  [ISSO_PU]
        -  [ISSO_PD]
