TDA4VM: Current consumption

Hi,

I am doing a design that includes the TDA4. In order to specify the power supply requirements and determine the thermal needs, I would like to receive information about the current consumption for each supply voltage (VDD_MCUIO_3V3, VDD_IO_3V3, VDD_MCUIO_1V8, VDD_IO_1V8, VDDS_MMC0_1V8, VDA_MCU_1V8, VDA_DPLL_1V8, VDA_PHY_1V8, VDA_DPLL_0V8, VDD_MCU_0V85, VDD_CPU_AVS, VDD_CORE_0V8, VDD_RAM_0V85, VDD_DDR_1V1). The TDA4's datasheet indicates that the TI sales representative has to be contacted in order to receive this information.

We recommend/require using one of our "recommended power solutions" for TDA4VM, which includes:

TPS65941213-Q1 and LP876411B4-Q1 PMIC User Guide for J721E, PDN-1A

TPS65941212-Q1 and TPS65941111-Q1 PMIC User Guide for J721E, PDN-0B (Rev. B)

Optimized TPS65941213-Q1 and TPS65941111-Q1 PMIC User Guide for J721E, PDN-0C (Rev. A)

For thermal power ... the power will vary from ~11W (ARM only) to 16W (full features of the SoC).

Your feedback is very appreciated.

We were already planning to use TI PMICs. We would also like to adjust the power consumption of each power rail so it would be extremely useful for us to know current ranges for each voltage rail to calculate deratings. Could you be more specific with the power consumption per voltage rail of TDA4 ?
