Hello

I was working on TI J721 EVM board. It was working fine with SD card boot mode.

While working, UART cable got pulled and now when I turn on the board I don't see boot logs or any other log on serial terminal.

When I turn the board on, some LEDs are not glowing it seems and current drawn is very less 0.05amp(Attaching the photo of board FYR)

When I touch the board near SD card, maybe it's getting some earthing/ground and proper 0.4-0.5 amp current is getting drawn from board, still I don't see any logs.

please let us know if we can troubleshoot this issue and make EVM work.

There are typically 3 LEDs which represent power status (LD5, LD6, LD7). From image, it appears only LD7 is on. This means the processor power is not active. This could be because the power management IC detected an error (if board was damaged). We also see this a lot when the SOM module is not properly installed. I recommend removing and re-installing the SOM. Its possible it got knocked loose when the cable/board was pulled.
