We are mainly supporting MCU+SDK and don't use any EB tools to configure peripherals.

So, as per TRM, RTI can be used for your requirements, i.e., the Real Time Interrupt (RTI) module provides timer functionality for operating systems and for benchmarking code.

Please go through the below chapter, which clearly explains how to use the RTI peripheral and tries to configure Registers properly as per your requirements.

12.7.2 RTI-Windowed Watchdog Timer (WWDT)

And in AM62X MCU+SDK , there are examples on SDL (Software Diagnostic Library )  that can be helpful to use RTI in WWDG mode, and I hope these examples can also be helpful to control RTI registers.

Thanks for your response.

So for Autosar MCAL delivery from TI we need to generate configuration over EB tool right. For example, the MCU module initializes the clock for peripherals based on the configuration generated from the EB for MCU. Like similar it will be for other components also. How can we proceed in this approach?
