SK-AM64B: Won't Boot

Part Number: SK-AM64B

Hi Team,

A customer flashed a 16GB SD card with the tisdk-default-image-wic.xz. Installed in EVM and powered up. The problem it won't boot.

Followed the instructions in the setup: downloaded the latest "tisdk-default-image-am64xx-evm.wic.xz" flashed to SD card San Disk Ultra HC 16 GB. Connected micro USB to debug port and USB-C to PC. Checked the boot mode switches according to the setup instructions. Expected to see the boot process into a Linux OS but nothing happened just 1 green LED and Red LED.

Further investigation, Green Led LD18 lights up when plugged into Debug Console port and Red Fault Led LD15 lights up when powered from PC USB-C connector.  No other LEDs are lit. In addition,  a 5.05V is measured on TP27 but no 3.3v was found on the User Expansion connector or PRU connector.

Can you help troubleshoot.

Regards,

Marvin
