ETB Trace on C6748 using CCSv4

I want to enable ETB11 tracing on a TMS320C6748 DSP, using ccsv4 and Blackhawk USB560M JTAG emulator but I keep getting the error "device definition cannot be loaded. Device not supported". Does the C6748 support ETB tracing? If not what other options do I have to trace?
