Hello TI team,
We are trying to implement a custom board configuration and change the power management board initialization as described under the link below:

With respect to pinmuxing, we are using the sysconfig tool and generating the pinmuxing directory from the tool.
However we are nit sure about the best procedure to change the clock tree configuration. we are using CTT Tool to configure the clock tree, we know how to validate the clock tree using Gel files.
What is the best procedure to integrate the new clock tree in the board configuration?
Is there any documentation of this process?
