Higher Speed grade DDR2 with DM6437

Can i use MT47H32M16HR-25E instead of MT47H32M16CC-37E with DM6437. What changes i will have to perform in 1 software 2 pcb layout?

The PCB layout shouldn't have to change as long as it follows the routing rules found in the datasheet.

The DDR initialization in software may change if any of the timing numbers are different. Recalculate the DDR controller timing numbers from the new DDR datasheet to see if they have to be changed.
