TDA4VM: TDA4VM Processor Starter Kit Design Files (Rev. B) SPRR438B

Part Number: TDA4VM

The download of the TDA4VM Processor Starter Kit Design Files (Rev. B) (SPRR438B) contains 4 design directories:

PROC112A_RP

PROC112A1_RP

PROC112B_RP

PROC112E2_RP

Can someone please explain the differences in these directories ?

Since there is only one PCB and it is stated to be Rev B, surely there should only be one design directory ?

Regards,

Richard

  • Sorry for the confusion.  We are adding a README file which will help explain the versioning system.  The latest revision is 'PROC112B_RP'.  The 'E2' version is a pre-production version, the version 'A' is first production version, "A1' is same PCB but has a BOM change.  Latest production version is 'B'.
