I know J7AHP SOC supports 4 quantities of LPDDR4 memory.
How many memory controller does J7AHP (XJ784S4GAALY) SOC have for LPDDR4?

J784S4 family supports up to 4 DDR sub-systems (controller + PHY). Each sub-system can interface to 1x LPDDR4 memory. For a specific device in the J784S4 family, please see the datasheet comparison table.

They all do. "J784S4" is used to describe the family of devices (TDA4VH, TDA4AH, TDA4VP, TDA4AP).
There is the following note in the datasheet. "J784S4 is the base part number for the preproduction superset device. Software should constrain the features used to match the intended production device."
Because XJ784S4GAALY is a superset device, it supports all 4x DDR sub-systems. However as noted in the datasheet, software should constrain the features used to match the intended production device.
