The c6747 register level CSL is part of the c6747 PSP package which is available at :-

 recommended version 1.20.00 GA release.

Be noted there is no functional layer CSL of C6747 provided by TI. The functional layer CSL just like you mentioned USB send/receive function and so on. We provides PSP driver based on DSP/BIOS.

我下载了pspdrivers_01_20_00_07。在pspdrivers_01_20_00_07\packages\ti\pspiom\cslr\evm6747\docs中竟然没有对USB的解释。而且在pspdrivers_01_20_00_07\packages\ti\pspiom\cslr\evm6747\examples中也没有USB的解释。

整个pspdrivers_01_20_00_07都没有对USB进行解释。

只是在pspdrivers_01_20_00_07\packages\ti\pspiom\cslr中有cslr_usb_ohci.h，cslr_usb_otg.h两个文件。但是没有对其解释说明。

请问我要想使用USB向上位机传输数据。有没有专门的发送接收函数（并对其进行解释说明其功能）？

TI will offer DSP/BIOS based Jungo USB stack with MSC/HID class support on both host and device in a couple of weeks.  The stack is a binary release.  The examples are in source.
