Building STUB functionality in Codec Engine

Hello,

I am trying to modify the video stub functionality from " \codec-engine_3_21_00_10\packages\ti\sdo\ce" .

Can anybody suggest how to build it? In CE folder I could not find a makefile for building the same.

Please suggest.
