J721EXSOMXEVM: Building sdk with Yocto failed

Part Number: J721EXSOMXEVM

I try to build the yocto image for J721EXSOMXEVM on Ubuntu 22.04

The process fails with

I figured out there is no python3-fcntl package.

How can i solve the problem?
