what are the number of Trace pin combinations being supported by HW and corresponding IDE (CCS and Lauterbach)?

Is 12 pins an option?

The data width of the Trace interface is configurable, from single bit up to 26 bits. The number of data bits impacts the bandwidth of the interface. I think the TDA4VE-Q1 EVM supports up to 18bits of Trace data.
