Which version of CCS is needed to program both DSP and ARM on AM5748? Which CCS version has the necessary PDK, compiler etc needed for AM5748 along with its installation?

Hi Ashok,

You can check the CCS version being used in pdkProjectCreate.bat file at <PDK>/packages path. You can use that version to work with the given PDK package.

I am trying to download and install pdk from this location:

https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM57X

But the windows installer file after downloading successfully, gives errors during extracting. tried multiple times, but the same issue is coming. Any inputs on this..?

This should not be an issue, you should still be able to use SDK without issues.
