LCD on DM816x Eval Board

Hi,

I am looking for information about how 7" LCD is connected to DM816x Eval board. from product web page, it mentioned there is 7" LCD with this eval board. but I cannot find any information for it. whereever from Ti or Spectrum Digital. Could anyone give me some clue?

It is connected to the EVM via the HDMI cable.

thanks. if it connects to HDMI, then what is the resolution of LCD screen?

if the LCD screen is not 1080p/i or 720p, then what kind resolution support by HDMI port of this part?

Jeff,

I believe the resolution of the monitor is 800x600, so it downscales higher resolution inputs. Currently the HDMI driver supports 1080P60, 1080P30, 720P60 and 1080I60; additional modes will be added.

7" LCD monitor supports 1080P/I 60 and 720P resoluton.
