SanDisk - iNAND Support with AM3505 Processor

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3505

Hi There,

We are planning to use - iNAND from sanDisk as boot and storage device for one of our upcoming design. We are planning to connect MMC0 port of AM3505 with iNAND. However I am not sure wethere this is possible with AM3505 or not.

As per the datasheet of the iNAND it says that - It is compliant to eSD 2.1 or eMMC 4.3 - Now AM3505 SD/MMC/SDIO controller is compliant to  Multimedia Card System
Specification, v4.2 and SD Memory Card Specifications v2.0.

Can somebody please confirm - Will we be able to interface iNAND from SanDisk with AM3505 ? Please note that we would like to boot AM3505 from iNAND as well keeping AM3505 in MMC boot mode.

TOP Level details are available for iNAND @ http://www.sandisk.com/media/57232/Embedded-ENG.pdf

Thanks,
