I want to simulate SuperSpeed using the IBIS model on the AM5728. Which ModelSelector should I use for SuperSpeed for the target pin?

According to my colleague, IBIS model only supports USB2 mode which runs up to 480Mbps. You should use the IBIS-AMI model for USB3 sims.

I heard that there is no AMI model for "AM5728".
Does it mean that "AM5728" cannot simulate SuperSpeed?

Yes, it seems that the AMI models are unavailable for the older Jacinto6 family of devices as per the thread, unfortunately.
