– Supports LPDDR4, DDR4 memory types
– 16-Bit data bus with inline ECC
– Supports speeds up to 1600 MT/s
– Max addressable range
• 8GBytes with DDR4
• 4GBytes with LPDDR4
It seems 8GB DDR4 per chipset is not common in market.
Does AM6234 support 2pcs DDR4 ?
Is It should 4GB DDR4*2 with 8bit data bus?
Do you have reference schematic about this part?
