In the Transition time item DESCRIPTION listed on page 70 of the data sheet (OMAP-L138 C6000 DSP+ARM Processor datasheet (Rev. J)),
it says 10% to 90%, but in Figure 6-3. on page 82, it says VIL MAX and VIH MIN for input clocks.
Please tell me what is the difference between the two?
