This is a type of Host Connection Error. 

In summary, the debugger is unable to communicate to the debug probe - which is an SD XDS560v2. 

The root cause can vary but the most common one is an issue with the the XDS560v2 itself. This is typically not an issue with CCS or the hardware board itself.

Although  it test connectiong failed,sbl projectiong still can connect successfully and debug ok.But as same target configuration file for hello project, it alway connect fail.All operation and indiction is as follows:

I try in same project by different configuration,the first configuration that generate by the project have problem device functional clock off.But with the figure 2 configuration ,it have not the problem.I compare these two configuration,only i can see difference between device,the figure 1 is started with spectrum digital xxxxx,but figure2 not started with that.And also the two configuration device can't set by selection UI .

so WHY ?
