Hello,
We are using Winbond's W25N02JWTBIF QSPI NAND flash.
As per software code we have set the frequency to 25MHz but in oscilloscope we are getting only around 20MHz.
What should be the reason behind this? To confirm the same behavior, we have checked on TI SK-EVM "PROC114E3_SCH". And same behavior we have observed. We had set 25MHz in code and on oscilloscope we got around 20MHz on QSPI_CLK.
Here I am attaching the schematic diagram portion between SoC and NAND Flash and reference oscilloscope image. For CS# we have used H21 pin of AM6254 SoC.
